Try pressing invert in controller mapping settings. 

3.31 and 3.32 downloads are different. They just forgot to change version number.  

Looks like "Disable automatic device status detection" is "Add option to disable auto refresh" from https://github.com/csutorasa/XOutput/releases/tag/3.32

Maybe this button will help? 

Try pressing "Add as affected device to hidguardian" in edit window and do not forget to update settings.json by pressing save congiguration in file menu.

You just need to click "Save configuration" at the bottom to save it.
