Not exactly :). It is a Plasma applet, so it depends on Plasma (not on another widget). And Plasma doesn't yet support conditional export of menu based on window maximized...
I'm not sure, couldn't find it. Btw. you can open the menu by pressing alt+f (this usually works for opening the File menu) even though it is hidden under appmenu...

You're right, owm is sometimes inaccurate or just not responding. And yes, I've already considered other providers. It just takes time to implement it but I'll eventually get to work...
If you have nvidia binary driver, you should have `nvidia-smi` command accessible - please try running this: ``` nvidia-smi --query-gpu=temperature.gpu --format=csv,noheader ``` This is the command used by the widget....
