The XML is on the local machine yes, but you have plex ain't so if you enter the path X:\.pseudotv\xmltv.xml that won't work, because plex can't reach that path.

This issue will be solved if the direct.plex url is used when setting up the plex server in PseudoTV. It's https://..plex.direct:22686. I'm using the fork that uses plex for transconding...

Update; I've added/changed -map VIDEOSTREAM? -map AUDIOSTREAM? That worked, it crashes on an avi file (pseudotv.exe crashes) but an mp4 worked fine. It works most of the them, this issue...
