Add support for relative sizes.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As I try to build a Panel that works on large and small screens, I need to work with relative sizes iso pixel values.

Describe the solution you'd like I like to be able to use values relative to the screen / view size to set the size of the sliders.

Describe alternatives you've considered I don't really see any.
