Make a toc on post view, even stick it on the top, would be helpful with long artickle, do you think so?

建议在查看文章的界面右边自动显示toc，不然隐藏的按钮很难发现。 并且查看文章时右边栏没用，这是一个很合适的方案~如不想做成默认值，可否提供一个选项？
