@david-yu if this is a "breaking change" like you mentioned in https://github.com/hashicorp/consul-k8s/issues/644, can we at least bring `consul-dataplane` versioning in line with the versioning of consul-k8s? We got bit again...

It is right in the error `503 Service Unavailable returned from objects.githubusercontent.com`

Any chance to get this merged?
