God dam I didn't even mess with the files I've been using RC2 on my iPad mini 4 wifi iOS 10.3.3 and now cydia is missing and I don't have...

For some reason my AppStore says there's no purchases made but I have many so does anyone know how to fix I'm on iOS 10.3.3 64bit iPad mini
