@neil-marcellini @getusha the problem with the rate https://github.com/Expensify/App/pull/38543#issuecomment-2047639258 is that when we select the participant the policy doesn't have customUnits property, so we don't have the ID to set it...
I can fallback to getDefaultMileageRate once again for just displaying the rate but we would send the request without customUnitRateID if the rate is not changed. As @getusha wrote it...
