`idprijemce` v tabulce `dotace` je často prázdný, protože nejde o společnost v obchodním rejstříku - chceme tohle nějak řešit? Loadovat ROB a linkovat ho sem? Nebo prostě replikovat tabulku `PrijemcePomoci`?...
