When I make and then deploy a custom-ubuntu.tar.gz to a baremetal machine on our MAAS, the machine somehow stays "Deploying" even after "Installation complete - Node disabled netboot" is logged...

Remove $ROOT_DIR from the argument of gunzip command

The script fails with the following error because `${ROOT_DIR}` exists when the gunzip command is executed. ``` gzip: download_dir/mgnify/mgy_clusters_2022_05.fa.gz: No such file or directory ```
