Details instructions about enable partial rendering features?

I was looking into the LightViewerContext and found there is a partial rendering function. Is this something similar to the LOD rendering? Could you give us a simple instruction about the document? Thanks!
I added instructions about partial rendering that allows reducing the rendering cost of large static point clouds by accumulating partially rendered points over time. Note that it may not work well on non-NVIDIA GPUs. If you see some glitches, let me know.
