Is it better to use Parallel.ForEachAsync then task waitall, it's already optimized to deal with cpu cores, also checking if number of handler are not to low would be good...
Yeah, for small number of task maybe it's not worthy, if you put 100 or more we could probably see better result depending on work done in tasks (IO, CPU)...
