ah, I went in to config.txt and change to "no_mlck" instead of "warn" on ubuntu. Works fine and it creates the pages it needs. All good there.

+1 to the problem here. I see that doing the change via facebook is a workaround (not solution), as it doesn't work when you're agencies or hosting providers etc handling...
