I fixed this today, not sure what was causing it but I changed a variable in the config file in AppData/Roaming/UniversalDeckTracker called isVisible to true which was set to false...
What got it working for me properly was starting the tracker after the game is loaded, only then I'd get the green message and it would function as expected.
