如题 校园网看文献的时候需要直连才能获取访问权限，但现在大部分文献网站都走了“漏网之鱼”，导致无法获取访问权限。所以希望添加“学术资源”分组 可参考下游项目 https://github.com/Mythologyli/ZJU-Rule 中的实现： https://github.com/Mythologyli/ZJU-Rule/blob/master/Clash/ZJU.list https://github.com/Mythologyli/ZJU-Rule/blob/master/Clash/ZJU-More-Scholar.list 里面整理了大部分常用的学术资源网站规则
