When an app setup has thousands of files/registry items created, it gets really slow processing them (adding to the list control). Example: strawberry perl

Backup deleted files/registry items.
Currently, one is supposed to stop the tracing manually before the restart. When a PC restarts, the install will start its process (es) that may leave additional leftovers (files/registry keys/etc).

Currently batch removal is limited to Force Removal (without running uninstallers). Make it run each uninstaller one by one + command line support.
