Resume tracing after reboot?

Plus my vote for this question! For example we are taking Tia Protal soft from Siemens - for been installed it should reboot computer few times. You can't say "I don't want do it!" Is it possible continue monitoring of installation after reboot? It's very important because only Total Uninstaller can do it, as I know. I need alternative soft with such functionality.
