Document or fix io.EOF from watch API

While using the watch API it is possible to see a lot of io.EOF errors. It was not obvious to me that would be the case in the watch documentation....

Notify on build failure

The hipchat message for build failure should "notify" (ie make the room messages count show up)

Integration tests that require authentication should be run on startup and results logged.

It is too problematic to embed credentials into any of the builds (we are accepting pull requests from the internet which trigger jobs). Instead we should migrate the existing tests...

Should only kill the job process not the whole applicaiton.

So we dont ruin it for our users.
