The color for the indicator color should be settable, so that user of the framework can change the color.

The color for the indicator should change depending on dark mode.

To create a good and well integrated documentation, the documentation for GaugeProgressViewStyle should be created with Docc

Since iOS 15 there is a new formatter api. I want to adopt the api, so It can be used in framworks like SwiftUI.
