Hell all, I managed to deploy the cluster with kubespray, setting `cloud_provider: external`. Then I installed aws-cloud-controller-manager through their [helm chart](https://github.com/kubernetes/cloud-provider-aws/tree/master/charts/aws-cloud-controller-manager).
