Bacterial Isolate Genome Sequence Database (BIGSdb): A platform for gene-by-gene bacterial population annotation and analysis.
Muuri is used for the dashboards and so we could use this elsewhere rather than packery, reducing dependencies.
The functionality to add isolates to a project following a query, or to bookmark a query is quite cluttered.
