Default would be to not allow it. Obviously this private data has to have been shared with you. See also #982.
Include a checkbox (with coloured background) that has to be selected. With warning.
Currently users have to go to a link on the website to get a validation code. This should be available via the API so that script setup can be streamlined.
This would work in place of (or as well as) the classification schemes if set up.
