Docker for Mac hangs while starting up. Stuck on "Docker Desktop is Starting"

Happened to me too [after this workaround attempt](https://github.com/docker/for-mac/issues/5115#issuecomment-743277973). 3.0.1, 3.0.0, 2.5.0.1 and 2.5.0.0 all have the same issue. Only downgrading to 2.4.0.0 worked for me.
