This request is to support token picker in hyperlink text editor. If makers want to insert a token in hyperlink, today they have to manually copy the token formula representation...

 When user is editing the hyperlink editor, only one token picker skittle should be visible in hyperlink editor NOT in action field too, as the focus is on hyperlink...
