I'm using WPF to write a virtual printer (Print SCP) using the sample [here](https://github.com/fo-dicom/fo-dicom-samples/tree/master/Desktop/Print%20SCP), but when I use `WPFImageManager`, the image can't be saved correctly because an error occured [here](https://github.com/fo-dicom/fo-dicom/blob/development/DICOM/Printing/ImageBoxExtensions.cs#L51)....
