I clicked the `Review and add your authorized organizations` button and was taken to this page:  Can you let support know that? They might also need my GitHub account...
I've tried removing and re-adding Travis CI, but I see the same thing as above. It just says "Cancel Request" next to it.
@Tachi107, I think the only option is we may have to contact GitHub support asking for them to set our admin bits since none of us have heard from @oktal...
