rtl8821ce crashing at random intervals on HP 15-da1009cy laptop running Linux Mint 20 on 5.4 kernels

ive got the hp-15ef0875ms with ryzen7-3700m-vega gfx ... with same RTL8821ce BT/wifi.. and had same issuies with ubuntu+mint+cinnamon 20.04-20.10 .. im running ubuntu20.10 cinnamon with no wifi or bt problems...
