Question about tail modeling

I would like to add a tail and possibly a set of ears to this mod, so I just have two questions. One, would you accept user made tails if they are of quality, and two, how do I make a tail model? What program can edit the tails?

Sorry for the late follow up.

I'm always happy to accept new models :) Right now, if you can supply me with a tabula file and a texture, I can import them and convert them to my system. in the future, I hope to make this a bit easier
