Compile Error

I keeped have compile error even with the example, maybe I use the old or not stable library version, could someone successfully compile the example provide me with the board...

Directly Program SPI Flash?

Is this chip encrypted? Can I just remove the SPI Flash and reprogram it? And then soldering on, will it work?
