[calib2] application crashes under macos

This is systematic when requesting a ring to be re-extracted. Here is the report from macos:

This is in pyFAI.detector.common. `self.shape` is the binned shape. one should use `self.max_shape` (and ensure it is properly defined).

Measured about 7 seconds, performs ~20 azimuthal integation on 1Mpix images over 1000 bins. Idea: replace the image with a 100kpix image and 100 bins. Should make the test below...

Would save the need for reading all images in Crysalis before starting indexing.
