The reason for such behavior is the difference in `z-index` between bootstrap dialog and sidebar. The current `z-index` values are: - bootstrap dialog: `1040` - toolbar: `9999`

I don't think that it should be removed, but to be improved and have the contact us fields be modifiable like web forms.

@Komal-Saraf0609 I don't think it's a bug. I reviewed the source and everything seems fine. I think that the form must have **Section Break** to split the form into steps/sections.
