I don't even know how to view tutorials anymore. did they disable this feature in Airport DLC?

yeah I enabled game settings but I can only see tutorials once.

how do I force show them again? there used to be a `!` button.

I deleted the config file. lane arrow tool does not seem to have tutorial at all.
