Nested types cause TS "Type instantiation is excessively deep and possibly infinite." error on columnHelper accessor

We also get "Type instantiation is excessively deep and possibly infinite." for createColumnHelper on our github actions after upgrading to typescript 4.8.4 with tanstack/[email protected]. Using ColumnDef works for us though.
