Got the same issue. Have to execute the command by myself. The tracks are stored in a shared folder. I do not use external storage.
Another idea: I restricted the app to a specific user or group via the app admin panel. I would expect that the indexing will not be done for users or...
Even more, maybe it makes sense to limit indexing to the folders namen in the settings part of memories? It would not be helpful to have to rerun indexing once...
