saving numbat object after changing n_cut=k kvalue

Hello!

After adjusting the n_cut=k k value, how do we save the new files in all of the appropriate respective files? I understand to how to save them individually, but I am concerned I will miss a file etc.

essentially, is there an opposite of Numbat$new()?
