Can't inline a content with nokogiri because of "undefined method `each' for false:FalseClass"

Bump I had an answer from nokogiri [link to nokogiri issue](https://github.com/sparklemotion/nokogiri/issues/1414) It seems to be a bug to fix in premailer

EOFError: end of file reached on qt 5.9?

Same thing with qt 5.9.5 and capybara 2.18.0 on ubuntu 18.04
