We usually implement individual oracle function at [here](https://github.com/mims-harvard/TDC/blob/main/tdc/chem_utils/oracle/oracle.py) while the [tdc.Oracle interface](https://github.com/mims-harvard/TDC/blob/main/tdc/oracles.py) is the wrapper around all oracles....

Hi, ChEMBL-V29 is now released in 0.3.5. You can load it via: ``` from tdc.generation import MolGen data = MolGen(name = 'ChEMBL_V29') ```
