我遇到相同問題，不過我是 7.15.0，使用 7.7.0 的 plugin 另外搜尋了 es 的啟動 log，只有一行跟 jieba 有關，其他都沒了 `[2024-03-03T20:14:04,254][INFO ][o.e.p.PluginsService ] [ip-x-x-x-x] loaded plugin [jieba]`

好像看懂文件的意思了，所以是以 dict 的檔名做為判斷嗎？我還以為是固定時間 reload file
