[1.20.3] grass was renamed to short_grass; needs update to make it wave

In 1.20.3, the block ID `minecraft:grass` was renamed to `minecraft:short_grass`. The shaders need to be updated to make `short_grass` wave, and the fix seems pretty simple - just add `short_grass`...
