Render them under the list of links, for directories and don't render them as a pathable page.

In [this example](https://kevintpeng.github.io/Learn-Something-Every-Day/Blog-Posts-and-Parables/Career-Progression.html) the generated table of contents doesn't link to the sections on the page, because the headers have anchor tags in them. These should be sanitized out.
