I had this problem when I didn't activate the conda instance first. Since it takes multiple processes to run, each one needs to use the conda instance (except web).
There's a powershell version that you can use in windows. Alternatively, you can get bash.
Any updates on a timeline for this work? Is this the place I should go to check on status? @kevingosse
