requirements doesn't include TF

I used tensorflow-gpu 1.14 and updated to use keras 2.2.4-tf on a tensorflow-gpu-py3 docker file :)

ImportError: cannot import name 'DPOConfig' from 'trl'

Installing from source on main does not resolve the missing DPOConfig. Even if DPOConfig.py is in trl/trl/trainer/, it is missing from the __init__.py.

Please add lora support for higher ranks and alpha values

Bump. I need adapters that are much, much larger to be supported. Thanks
