Maybe I'm missing this but I cant find any easy way to disable it.
did this for personal use and figured i would share, this is NOT very well tested but it should be either working or close to working for most use cases....
as i hit the threshold to refresh, this error gets thrown ever since i upgraded to 0.12.0.  i believe this is not on my end
