Use `if: success() || failure()` instead of `if: always()`?

[GitHub documentation](https://docs.github.com/en/actions/writing-workflows/choosing-what-your-workflow-does/evaluate-expressions-in-workflows-and-actions#always) even recommends the use of `if: ${{ !cancelled() }}`.
