I've solved it just restarting calibre. Look at post #44 [http://www.mobileread.mobi/forums/showthread.php?t=213049&page=5](http://www.mobileread.mobi/forums/showthread.php?t=213049&page=5) It seems it gets stuck with a previous cached file.
