Td-agent windows fluentd connector log file is not getting rolled over (only td-agent.log file)

I guess that registry is not correctly updated. Anyway, td-agent 4 was already reached EOL, so close it.

enhancement concept is reasonable, but I felt some concern. * `wildcard` accepts `*` in path, but it also expands other patterns. wildcard may be misreading in some extent even though...

@type stdout not working if redirect fluentd logs to a file using -o "filepath"

`@type stdout` is affected by `-o` option. So, there is no wonder that matched event will be logged into redirected to file.
