allow users to rotate keys at any point. figure out group key rotation.

- tag is slightly larger than the rest - not obvious what it does - plus icon is hard to see

- User keys instead of group key - special tags with @ symbol instead of # could be used - when you follow the @ tag, unlike other tags it...
