Private chat

• User keys instead of group key
• special tags with @ symbol instead of # could be used
• when you follow the @ tag, unlike other tags it must be the only tag selected
• should be very easy to tell the difference between group/private chat for obvious reasons
• To private chat someone initially, either type their @ tag and press enter, or select their name from the presences dropdown
