DOC-2405: Update supported TinyMCE versions to include EOCS and EOES.

Closing this PR, as it was branched off `release/7.1` and pulled in all the incoming changes for 7.1 with it. Reopening it under https://github.com/tinymce/tinymce-docs/pull/3281
