writing/reading dataframes: names property of multi-indexed columns

It seems to me that the multiheader case is not resolved yet when there are names associated to the levels in the columns (see [#255](https://github.com/ZoomerAnalytics/xlwings/issues/255#issuecomment-384107453) ). This is not tackled...

Spyder doesn't launch after install of plugin (spyder 5.4.2)

Environment: winpython64 3.10.9.0 (Python 3.10.9, Spyder 5.4.2) pip install lifelib After uninstall spyder can be launched again
